How to get your refund started

If you’re not happy with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days. After that period, no refunds are available. Please log into your account and click support, and then type your refund request into the chat bubble.

Make sure you include your email address when making a refund request, otherwise we cannot get back to you and your refund window could lapse.
